To Create an Enviroment that Elevates Our Family and Community
to A Higher Level of Self-Value, Through Education, Recognition
and Leadership

Denise V. Estelle
was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She graduated
from Crenshaw High School and soon attended California State
University of Northridge. She went on to receive her B.A. Degree
from Windsor University, where she graduated with honors. She
is a writer, director, producer, and speaker.
In 2001 she put together a program called Senior Circuit, which
catered to Senior Citizens in the community. She facilitated
this program by providing transportation to the store, the doctor's
office and the library. In 2003 she started a floral company
called Flower Fresh Mondays, which delivered free flowers to
Senior Citizens.
She is the founder and CEO of "Wooli Me" the 1st Natural
Hair Expo to hit Los Angeles, California in 2009. Ms. Estelle
is also the CEO of Estelle for Humanity, a 501c3 Organization.
She is the creator of the Honor Thy Father Awards Dinner, an
annual event that takes place every Father's Day, honoring the
unsung fathers and male mentors in the community. In 2009 the
HTF Awards Dinner was covered by ABC Channel 7, and CBS Channel
2. Going into its 10th year, the Honor Thy Father Awards has
acknowledged close to 200 men consisting of fathers, husbands,
mentors and role models.
Estelle for
Humanity made history two years in a row by acknowledging
the HTF Honoree's at the Staples Center (Los Angeles, CA)
in front of thousands. It was the very first time at the Staples
Center that men stood in front of thousands of people to be
recognized for their contributions as fathers and mentors.
In 2005 Denise
V. Estelle was the 3rd Division Marshall for the Martin Luther
King Jr. Parade in Los Angeles. This annual parade was telecast
around the world.
In 2009 she
was the Queen of the Kwanzaa Parade in Los Angeles, CA.
She has been acknowledged in several prominent newspapers
throughout southern California.
Denise is a
charter member of the Miracle Mile Optimist Club in Los Angeles,
and installed in November of 2008 as an Ambassador for The
Global Peace Federation.
Ms. Estelle
has been listed in Who's Who in Black Los Angeles for 2009
and 2010, and has received over 75 accommodations from the
Mayor's Office, and City and State Officials.
Denise is the
Mother to daughter Khalilah, and son Isaiah, and grandmother
to Daniel, and Sony'e.
Her belief is
"The Power of Community".

Jerry A. Kiper
Jerry A. Kiper Founder/CEO of KIA & Associates (KIA), the
Global Business Development and Marketing Firm of choice. A
native to Los Angeles, Graduated Manual Arts High School, Los
Angeles City College, California State University Long Beach,
(Bachelor of Science, Business Management). He received his
Professional Certification for Procurement & Materials Management
from the University of California Los Angeles.
KIA'S mission
is to connect Global Businesses through our resources.
KIA identifies distinct customer segments
that it actively pursues. Mr.
Kiper was selected as a Charter Member for the formation of
the Los Angeles Chapter of the Beverly Hills Optimist Club.
Mr. Kiper was selected for inclusion in the "Who's Who
in Black Los Angeles" first edition (2008).
Mr. Kiper's
procurement experience includes Bechtel Corporation, for International
Nuclear Power Plants, Director R&D for Excellon Automation,
Procurement Specialist Northrop Corporation, and Contracts
Management for Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation
Authority. (LACMTA).
While Chair
of the LACMTA African American Employees Association, Mr.
Kiper assisted by Supervisor Yvonne B. Burke and the LACMTA
Board, we renamed the LACMTA Wilmington and Imperial Train
Junction in Honor of Ms Rosa Parks. The ceremony took place
March 1998 and the station was renamed "The Rosa Parks
Station".

:Please meet and greet our photographer P.A.
Edmead JR, from the Bronx, New York. Mr. Edmead has been on
the L A scene since 1967 using his creativity from weddings
to NASA Astronauts like Dr. Bernard Harris M.D. the first African
American to walk in space.
P. A. has worked for many local newspapers from the Sentinel,
the California Gazette, Jet, and the L.A. Times front pages.
