Tribute to Willie L. Kiper

We pay tribute to our father Willie Kiper Sr. While he spent most of his young life in the US. Navy he and our mother Vivian Kiper reared 5 children. Willie F. Kiper, Patricia A. Kiper , Russell A Kiper Jerry A. Kiper and Ronnie E. Kiper. We struggle throught life and but managed to look at the positive side. Through his guidence and support we are all blessed and made it through, Thank you Dad for being there when we needed you.
